Official: Nacho extends his Real Madrid contract

Like Toni Kroos, Nacho Fernandez has extended his Real Madrid contract by a further season, until June 2024.
In the absence of a replacement for Karim Benzema for the time being, Real Madrid are making contract extensions official. On Wednesday, Toni Kroos extended his contract until 2024. On Thursday, defender Nacho Fernandez followed suit.

With Real Madrid for 22 years, the versatile 33-year-old Spanish defender has won everything with the Spanish club, and has just won the Nations League with Spain.
Never indisputable, but always valuable and reliable when called upon, Nacho Fernandez will still be with Real Madrid next season.
