Although they had planned to sign him in a year's time, Real Madrid have not ruled out the possibility of buying Kylian Mbappé this summer, and are ready to offer PSG €200 million, according to L'Equipe.

The Mbappé soap opera is well and truly back on track. <a href=/news/mercato-psg-mbappe-denies-wanting-to-sign-for-real-madrid-this-summer>While he insists he has no intention of signing for Real Madrid this summer, despite Le Parisien's claims to the contrary, Kylian Mbappé has in any case reshuffled the deck regarding his summer 2023 by officially recording his desire not to extend his contract at PSG until 2025.

PSG, who categorically reject the idea of seeing him leave free in 2024, have decided to change their tone and open the door to a transfer this summer, which was not previously the case. A godsend for Real Madrid, who have just lost Karim Benzema and need to find him a top-flight successor.

Real Madrid are considering making an offer

According to L'Equipe, Real Madrid remain cautious, however, and will wait patiently for PSG to officially put their player up for sale, or for Mbappé to force his departure. If the latter is the case, Florentino Pérez is ready to put €200 million on the table, according to the French sports daily.

ESPN confirms that Real Madrid are ready to make an offer to PSG for Mbappé this summer, and according to the same source, Paris could demand around €150 million for the French world champion.
