Official: OL's Julian Pollersbeck bounces back to German D2
Two days after terminating his contract with OL, German goalkeeper Julian Pollersbeck has signed for the German second division.
Julian Pollersbeck won't be without a club for long. The 28-year-old German goalkeeper, who terminated his contract with OL on Tuesday after three years with Lyon (and 11 matches played), signed on Thursday for FC Magdeburg, 11th in the German second division last season. He will be coached by Christian Titz, whom he met when he was younger at Hamburg.
