Official: Liverpool acquire Argentine world champion

In search of three midfielders this summer, Liverpool have launched their mercato with the signing of Argentinian world champion Alexis Mac Allister (24), who was a regular starter at Brighton under Roberto De Zerbi.

As for the transfer fee, The Times talks of £35 million, or around €40 million, the amount of Mac Allister's clause. Liverpool, on the other hand, have revealed the number of their new recruit: 10!
