Returning to Crystal Palace in March, Roy Hodgson will be the London club's coach next season.

He returned to Crystal Palace last March to succeed Patrick Vieira and try to keep the Eagles in the Premier League. At the age of 75, Roy Hodgson has succeeded in his mission, and has just renewed his contract with the London club for another year, until June 2024.

"I'm extremely pleased and proud to be extending my stay at Crystal Palace, and I'd like to thank the chairman and sporting director for the trust they have placed in me. I know we have a fantastic team. It's a great mix of youth and potential, alongside experienced players with Premier League and international pedigree," reacted Roy Hodgson, who previously managed Crystal Palace from 2017 to 2021.
