Official: Ajax Amsterdam have their new coach

Disappointingly third in the Eredivisie at the end of the 2022-2023 season, Ajax Amsterdam unveiled their new coach on Wednesday: Maurice Steijn.
After a very disappointing 2022-2023 season, which ended in third place in the Eredivisie and was marked by the mid-season replacement of Alfred Schreuder by John Heitinga, Ajax Amsterdam are about to embark on a new cycle.
Maurice Steijn new Ajax coach
On Wednesday, the Dutch club announced the signing of Maurice Steijn, who has been coach of Sparta Rotterdam since April 2022. A club he kept in the Eredivisie last season before guiding to 6th place this season.

According to the Dutch press, Ajax Amsterdam paid 400,000 euros for him.
