PSG will be active in the upcoming summer mercato and will be looking to recruit three attacking players according to Téléfoot.

Beaten by Lorient last weekend, PSG conceded their ninth defeat of the 2023 calendar year and are now only five points ahead of OM with five games to go. Whatever happens between now and the end of the championship, the Parisian season is already a failure and the summer is bound to be very lively on the capital side.

Last month, L'Equipe revealed that PSG had targeted three profiles for the summer mercato, in addition to the recruitment of central defender Milan Skriniar:

  • a sentinel
  • a left winger to play on the right
  • a striker

According to Goal, PSG could also recruit an additional central defender in case of the departure of Sergio Ramos (contract expires in June) or Presnel Kimpembe or even El Chadaille Bitshiabu (being courted in Germany).

A second striker also targeted by PSG

According to the latest information from Saber Desfarges of Téléfoot, PSG is targeting four profiles this summer (in addition to Skriniar), including three players with an offensive vocation:

  • a top striker
  • a second striker
  • a winger
  • a defensive midfielder

According to this source, an additional central defender could also come, but only if there is a departure in this sector. In recent weeks, several top strikers have been announced in the sights of PSG, mainly Victor Osimhen (Napoli), Harry Kane (Tottenham) and Randal Kolo Muani (Frankfurt). For the winger position, the names of Malcom (Zenit) and Moussa Diaby (Leverkusen) are often mentioned, while Hakim Ziyech (Chelsea) had almost come this winter.

For the position of second striker, Rayan Cherki (OL) and Bernardo Silva (Manchester City) have been liked by the Parisian club for a long time and have recently been associated with PSG.
