Under contract to PSG until June 2024, Argentine world champion Leandro Paredes will not be playing for Juventus next season, but could stay in Italy, where several clubs are interested in him, including Lazio Rome.

On loan to Juventus this season, Leandro Paredes failed to convince the Italian club, who decided not to exercise their option to buy him. The 29-year-old Argentinian world champion will therefore return to PSG this summer before probably being transferred, as he only has one year left on his contract.

According to Sky Italia, Lazio Rome are interested in Leandro Paredes, while the two Milan clubs could also be interested. According to the Italian media outlet, PSG will not demand a huge transfer fee for their Argentine midfielder, who has just one year left on his contract.

Paredes would like to stay in Italy

Will the former AS Roma player be tempted by the idea of joining Maurizio Sarri's Lazio, who have qualified for the next Champions League? According to Argentine journalist Gaston Edul, Lazio's wage offer is not very high, which is causing problems at the moment.

According to Sky Italia, Paredes would in any case like to stay in Italy next season and play for a club playing in the Champions League. This would be the case for Napoli, Lazio and both Milan clubs.
