On loan to Chelsea from Atlético Madrid, Portuguese striker João Félix wants to stay in the Premier League next season, but not necessarily with the Blues.

João Félix, who joined Chelsea on loan on January 11, has scored only three goals for the Blues and has not been a starter for a month. While his loan does not include an option to buy, the Portuguese striker has little chance to play at Stamford Bridge next season.

João Félix wants to play in the Champions League

According to Cadena COPE, a Spanish radio station, João Félix wants to stay in the Premier League, but in a club playing in the Champions League, which will not be the case of the Blues. Manchester City, Arsenal, Newcastle, Manchester United and even Liverpool are possible destinations for him.

Under contract with Atletico Madrid until June 2027, João Félix knows that his mercato could take a long time to settle given his price (estimated at about 100 M€) and still according to COPE, he does not exclude starting the pre-season with the Colchoneros before, he hopes, returning to England.
