AC Milan : extension imminent for Giroud

At the end of his contract with AC Milan on June 30, Olivier Giroud will extend his contract with the Italian club in the next ten days.
Olivier Giroud's extension has been in the works for several months and will be made official in the next ten days, according to Sky Italia, before the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final between AC Milan and Napoli (April 12 at San Siro).
Author of 12 goals with AC Milan this season, Giroud has agreed with the reigning Italian champion to extend his contract by one year, until June 2024.
According to Sky Italia, the 36-year-old French striker will earn a salary of €3.5 million next season and has also negotiated €300,000 in bonuses (hard to come by) linked to his performances.
